The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Security Establishments in Northern Ireland) (Revocation) Regulations 2007

The Secretary of State for Transport no longer deems it necessary in the public interest to restrict flying in the vicinity of certain security establishments in Northern Ireland and, in exercise of her powers under article 96 of the Air Navigation Order 2005(1), makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Security Establishments in Northern Ireland) (Revocation) Regulations 2007 and come into force on 31st August 2007.

2. The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Security Establishments in Northern Ireland) Regulations 1996(2) are revoked.
