The Police and Justice Act 2006 (Commencement No.1) (Northern Ireland) Order 2007

The Secretary of State makes the following Order, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 53(1) of the Police and Justice Act 2006(1).

1. --(1) This Order may be cited as the Police and Justice Act 2006 (Commencement No.1) (Northern Ireland) Order 2007.

(2) This Order extends to Northern Ireland only.

2. Section 13 (supply of information to police etc by Registrar General) of the Police and Justice Act 2006 shall come into force in Northern Ireland on 30th July 2007.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order brings into force in Northern Ireland section 13 of the Police and Justice Act 2006 on 30th July 2007.
