The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 172 of the Housing Act 2004(1).

Citation and Commencement

1.   This Order may be cited as the Home Information Pack (Redress Scheme) (Revocation) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 31st May 2007.

2.   The Home Information Pack (Redress Scheme) Order 2007(2) is revoked.
