The Home Information Pack (Revocation) Regulations 2007

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 161, 163, 164, 165 and 250(2) of, and paragraph 11(b) of Schedule 8 to, the Housing Act 2004(1).

In accordance with section 250(3) of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted the National Assembly for Wales in relation to residential properties in Wales.

Citation and commencement

1. --(1) --These Regulations may be cited as the Home Information Pack (Revocation) Regulations 2007.

(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 31^st May 2007.

Revocation of the Home Information Pack Regulations 2006 and the Home Information Pack Regulations 2007

2.   The Home Information Pack Regulations 2006(2) and the Home Information Pack Regulations 2007(3) are revoked.
