The Northern Ireland (St Andrews Agreement) Act 2006 (Commencement No.1) Order 2007

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(3)(a) of the Northern Ireland (St Andrews Agreement) Act 2006 (1), makes the following Order:

1.   This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland (St Andrews Agreement) Act 2006 (Commencement No.1) Order 2007.

2.   Section 4 (remuneration of members of the Northern Ireland Assembly) of the Northern Ireland (St Andrews Agreement) Act 2006 shall come into force on 26th January 2007.
