The National Lottery Act 2006 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2006

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the National Lottery Act 2006[1].

Citation
    1.This Order may be cited as the National Lottery Act 2006 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2006.

Commencement
    2.Section 14 of, and Schedule 2 to, the National Lottery Act 2006 shall come into force on 1st August 2006.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order brings into force section 14 of, and Schedule 2 to, the National Lottery Act 2006 which make provision establishing the Big Lottery Fund and setting out matters relating to its constitution, proceedings and money.
