The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 3 to the Pension Schemes Act 1993[1]: Citation and commencement 1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Occupational Pensions (Revaluation) Order 2005. (2) This Order shall come into force on 1st January 2006. The revaluation percentage for each revaluation period 2.For the purposes of paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 3 to the Pension Schemes Act 1993, the revaluation percentage for each revaluation period specified in column 1 below is the percentage specified in column 2 in relation to that period.

Stephen Timms Minister of State, Department for Work and Pensions 10th November 2005 (This note is not part of the Order) This Order is made, as required by paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 3 to the Pension Schemes Act 1993 (c.48), in the year beginning 1st January 2005 and specifies revaluation percentages for the purpose of the revaluation on or after 1st January 2006 of benefits under occupational pension schemes, as required by section 84 of, and Schedule 3 to, that Act.
