The Diseases of Poultry Declaratory (Infected Area) (Merger of Zones) (Revocation) (England) Order 2005

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by article 10(1) of the Diseases of Poultry (England) Order 2003[1] (made under section 17(1) of the Animal Health Act 1981[2]), makes the following Order:

Title, application and commencement
    1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Poultry Declaratory (Infected Area) (Merger of Zones) (Revocation) (England) Order 2005.

    (2) This Order applies in England only and comes into force on 25 August 2005.

Revocation of the Diseases of Poultry Declaratory (Infected Area) (Merger of Zones) (England) Order 2005
    2.The Diseases of Poultry Declaratory (Infected Area) (Merger of Zones) (England) Order 2005[3] is revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order (which applies in England only) revokes the Diseases of Poultry Declaratory (Infected Area) (Merger of Zones) (England) Order 2005 (S.I. 2005/2285) ("the infected area Order"). It comes into force on 25 August 2005.

The effect of this Order is to remove the remaining restrictions imposed in the area declared to be an infected area by the infected area Order.

A full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument.
