The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 18(1) of the Fireworks Act 2003[1] hereby makes the following Order: Citation and interpretation 1. - (1) This Order may be cited as the Fireworks Act 2003 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2004. (2) In this Order "the Act" means the Fireworks Act 2003. Provisions of the Act commenced by this Order 2.15th July 2004 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the provisions of the Act listed in the first column of the Schedule to this Order for the purposes set out in the second column. (This note is not part of the Order) This Order brings into force on 15th July sections 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the Fireworks Act 2003 and (for the purposes of fireworks regulations made in exercise of powers conferred by those provisions) sections 11, 12, 13 and 16 of that Act. (This note is not part of the Order) The following provisions of the Act have been brought into force by commencement order made before the date of this Order:
