The Natural History Museum (Authorised Repositories) Order 2004

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(2) of the British Museum Act 1963[1] and now vested in her[2], with the agreement of the Trustees of the Natural History Museum, hereby makes the following Order:

    1.This Order may be cited as the Natural History Museum (Authorised Repositories) Order 2004 and shall come in to force on 11th June 2004.

    2.For paragraph 4 of Part 2 of Schedule 3 to the British Museum Act 1963[3] there shall be substituted the following paragraph: - 

        " 4.The site in Wandsworth known as 75 Kimber Road, London SW18 4NX excluding the site known as 249 to 251 Merton Road, London SW18 5EB.".

This Order alters the description of the Natural History Museum's authorised repository in Wandsworth.
