The LEA Budget, Schools Budget and Individual Schools Budget (Wandsworth) (Amendment) Regulations 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 45A and 138(7) of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998[1], the Secretary of State for Education and Skills hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation, commencement, and application
    1. - (1) These Regulations may be cited as the LEA Budget, Schools Budget and Individual Schools Budget (Wandsworth) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 31st March 2004.

    (2) These Regulations amend the LEA Budget, Schools Budget and Individual Schools Budget (England) Regulations 2003 [2] ("the Regulations") in relation to Wandsworth London Borough Council, and apply in relation to the financial year beginning on 1st April 2004.

Amendment
    2.In respect of Wandsworth London Borough Council the words "plus Ј316,000" are added after the formula in paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Regulations.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Regulations)


These Regulations amend the LEA Budget, Schools Budget and Individual Schools Budget (England) Regulations 2003 (which were amended for other purposes by SI 2004/659) in respect of Wandsworth London Borough Council to add a cash figure to the calculation required to be made in respect of the limit on the expenditure which may be deducted from the schools budget.
