The Watford and South of St Albans-Redbourn-Kidney Wood, Luton (Special Road Scheme 1957) (Park Street to Beechtrees Partial Revocation) Scheme 2004

	Made	11th December 2003
	Coming into force	8th January 2004

The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Scheme in exercise of powers conferred by sections 16 and 326 of the Highways Act 1980[1] and now vested in him[2] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf:

    1.This scheme may be cited as the Watford and South of St Albans-Redbourn-Kidney Wood, Luton (Special Road Scheme 1957) (Park Street to Beechtrees Partial Revocation) Scheme 2004 and shall come into force on 8 January 2004.

    2.The Watford and South of St Albans-Redbourn-Kidney Wood, Luton, Special Road Scheme 1957[3] is hereby partially revoked.
