In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 3(2) of the Football (Disorder) (Amendment) Act 2002[1], the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:

    1.This Order may be cited as the Football (Disorder) (Amendment) Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2002.

    2.Section 1 of the Football (Disorder) (Amendment) Act 2002 shall come into force on 28th August 2002.
