The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 127(1) of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001[1], hereby makes the following Order: 1.This Order may be cited as the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2002. 2.Section 121 of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 shall come into force on 7th July 2002. Bob Ainsworth Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State Home Office 10th June 2002 (This note is not part of the Order) This Order brings section 121 of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (Crown Court judges: Northern Ireland) into force on 7th July 2002. (This note is not part of the Order) The following provisions of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 have been brought into force by commencement orders made before the date of this Order.
