The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Nuclear Installations) (Revocation) Regulations 2001

	Made	10th August 2001
	Coming into force	forthwith

The Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 85 of the Air Navigation Order 2000[1], hereby makes the following Regulations:

    1.These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Nuclear Installations) (Revocation) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force forthwith.

    2.The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Nuclear Installations) Regulations 1998[2] are hereby revoked.

These Regulations revoke the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Nuclear Installations) Regulations 1998. The 1998 Regulations have been replaced by the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Nuclear Installations) Regulations 2001 (S.I. 2001/1607).
