The Isles of Scilly (Primary Care) Order 2001

	Made	17th February 2001
	Coming into force	2nd March 2001

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 41(8) of the National Health Service (Primary Care) Act 1997[1] hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement
    1.This Order may be cited as the Isles of Scilly (Primary Care) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 2nd March 2001.

Application of the National Health Service (Primary Care) Act 1997 to the Isles of Scilly
    2.The National Health Service (Primary Care) Act 1997 shall extend to the Isles of Scilly.
