In pursuance of sections 40(2) and 51(4) of the Gaming Act 1968[1], the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order: 1. - (1) This Order may be cited as the Gaming (Small Charges) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 13th November 2000. (2) This Order extends to Scotland. 2.For the purposes of section 40(2) of the Gaming Act 1968 -
(b) in any other case, the sum of 60p; is hereby specified.
(b) the Gaming (Small Charges) (Scotland) Order 1992[3]; (c) the Gaming (Small Charges) (Amendment) Order 1995[4]; and (d) the Gaming (Small Charges) (Scotland) Variation Order 1995[5].
(This note is not part of the Order) This Order replaces the Orders revoked by article 3 of this Order. This Order increases from 50p to 60p the sum referred to in article 2(b).
