The Attorney General, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3(2) of the Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate Act 2000[1], hereby makes the following Order:

    1.This Order may be cited as the Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate Act 2000 (Commencement) Order 2000.

    2.Sections 1 and 2 of the Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate Act 2000 shall come into force on 1 October 2000.
