The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by sections 10 and 41 of the Highways Act 1980[1], and now vested in him[2], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf: 1.The Order may be cited as The A63 Trunk Road (Selby Road Junction) Order 1994 (Variation) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 26th May 2000. 2.The A63 Trunk Road (Selby Road Junction) Order 1994[3] is hereby varied as follows:
(c) the Schedule to that Order shall become Schedule 1 and the Schedule to this Order which is numbered 2 is added to that Order.
The routes of the trunk roads are in the City of Leeds in the County of West Yorkshire. The route of the new trunk road is about 1110 metres in length from a point on the proposed eastbound entry slip road at the A63 Trunk Road roundabout (Austhorpe Junction) (marked "B" on the plan) in a generally north easterly direction to and including a roundabout then in a generally south easterly direction to pass under the Motorway to and including a roundabout, and then in a generally south westerly direction to a point on the proposed westbound slip road at the A63 Trunk Road roundabout (Austhorpe Junction) (marked "C" on the plan).
