The A4 Trunk Road (Hillingdon and Hounslow) Red Route Traffic Order 1997 Variation Order 2000

 Coming into force31st March 2000 

The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991[1] and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[2], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order: - 

Commencement and citation
    1.This Order may be cited as The A4 Trunk Road (Hillingdon and Hounslow) Red Route Traffic Order 1997 Variation Order 2000, and shall come into force on 31st March 2000.

Variations
    2.The A4 Trunk Road (Hillingdon and Hounslow) Red Route Traffic Order 1997[3] is varied by the following provisions of this Order.

    3.In schedule 1 Item 1 is substituted as follows:

        " 1.The A4 Bath Road/Colnbrook By-Pass between a point 116 metres west of the western boundary of 104 Bath Road and the western kerb-line of the A312 The Parkway."

    4.In schedule 4, a new item is added as follows:

        " 12.The A4, Bath Road, the south side between a point 18.7 metres west of the common boundary of 626 and 628 Bath Road and a point 8 metres west thereof."
