The Secretary of State, in pursuance of sections 6(3) and 7(3) of the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998[1], hereby makes the following Regulations: Citation and commencement 1.These Regulations may be cited as the Public Order (Prescribed Forms) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 and shall come into force on 21st February 2000. Notice of public processions and related protest meetings 2.Advance notice of a public procession shall be in Form 1 of the Schedule to these Regulations and advance notice of a related protest meeting shall be in Form 2 of the Schedule to these Regulations. Revocation 3.The Public Order (Prescribed Forms) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998[2] are hereby revoked.
