Whereas in pursuance of section 11 of the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966[1] the Council of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons has made the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners Registration (Amendment) Regulations 1999 set out in the Schedule to this Order: Now, therefore, Their Lordships, having taken the said Regulations into consideration, are hereby pleased, in exercise of the power conferred on Them by section 25(1) of the said Act, to order as follows: - 1.This Order may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners (Registration) (Amendment) Regulations Order of Council 1999, and shall come into force on 1st April 2000. 2.The Regulations set out in the Schedule hereto are approved. Galloway Clerk of the Privy Council The Council of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, in exercise of its powers under section 11 of the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, hereby makes the following Regulations. 1.These Regulations may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners Registration (Amendment) Regulations 1999. 2.The Schedule (Table of Fees Payable) to the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners Registration Regulations 1999 shall be replaced by the following therefor - TABLE OF FEES PAYABLE
PURSUANT to a Resolution passed at a meeting of the Council of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons held on 4th November 1999, the Common Seal of the said Royal College was affixed hereto on the same date in the presence of: - L.S.
(This note is not part of the Order) The Regulations approved by this Order further amend the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners Registration Regulations 1999 by increasing, with effect from 1st April 2000, the fees payable for the registration and annual retention of names on the Registers of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
