The A3 Trunk Road (Kingston Upon Thames) Red Route (Clearway) Traffic Order 1996 Variation Order 1999

The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991[1] and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[2], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order: - 

Commencement and citation
    1.This Order may be cited as The A3 Trunk Road (Kingston Upon Thames) Red Route (Clearway) Traffic Order 1996 Variation Order 1999, and shall come into force on 18th October 1999.

Variations
    2.The A3 Trunk Road (Kingston Upon Thames) Red Route (Clearway) Traffic Order 1996[3] is varied by the following provisions of this Order.

    3.In Schedule 1, item 18 is deleted.

    4.In schedule 3A, in item 1, in column (3), insert "At any time".

    5.In Schedule 3A, for item 2 substitute the following item: - 

2.A3, Robin Hood Way, east side, that part of the carriageway within the lay-by between a point 91.5 metres south east of a point opposite the southern flank wall of No.213 Robin Hood Way, and a point 31.5 metres south east of that point.At any time1 hour2 hours"
