The A1 Trunk Road (Haringey) Red Route Traffic Order 1993 Variation (No. 2) Order 1999

The Traffic Director for London, following a direction given to him by the Secretary of State for Transport under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991[1] and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 6 and 124(1)(d) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[2], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following order: - 

Commencement and citation
    1.This order may be cited as the A1 Trunk Road (Haringey) Red Route Traffic Order 1993 Variation (No. 2) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 18th October 1999.

Variations
    2.The A1 Trunk Road (Haringey) Red Route Traffic Order 1993[3] is varied as provided by the following provisions of this Order.

    3.In Article 4 - 

(a) for paragraph (5) substitute the following paragraph - 

    " (5) In this article "restricted hours" means the period from 0700 hours to 1900 hours on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive."

(b) for the Table in paragraph (6) substitute the following Table -

    4.In Schedule 1 for "8 AM - 7 PM MONDAYS TO FRIDAYS INCLUSIVE" substitute "7 AM - 7 PM MONDAYS TO SATURDAYS INCLUSIVE".

    5.In Schedule 2 Part I and Part II for "8 AM - 7 PM MONDAYS TO FRIDAYS INCLUSIVE" substitute "7 AM - 7 PM MONDAYS TO SATURDAYS INCLUSIVE".

    6.In Schedule 2 Part III for "10 AM - 4 PM MONDAYS TO FRIDAYS INCLUSIVE" substitute "10 AM - 4 PM MONDAYS TO SATURDAYS INCLUSIVE".

    7.In Schedule 3 for "10 AM - 4 PM MONDAYS TO FRIDAYS INCLUSIVE" substitute "10 AM - 4 PM MONDAYS TO SATURDAYS INCLUSIVE".
