The Channel Tunnel Rail Link (Nomination) (London Underground Works) (Amendment) Order 1999

 Coming into force1st August 1999 

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 34(1) of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link Act 1996[1], and of all other powers enabling him in this behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement
    1.This Order may be cited as the Channel Tunnel Rail Link (Nomination) (London Underground Works) (Amendment) Order 1999, and shall come into force on 1st August 1999.

Amendment of the definition of the London Underground Works in the Channel Tunnel Rail Link (Nomination) (London Underground Works) Order 1999
    2.In article 2 of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link (Nomination) (London Underground Works) Order 1999[2], in paragraph (c) of the definition of the London Underground works, for the words "dated 8th July 1999" there shall be substituted the words "dated 9th July 1999".
