The A20 Trunk Road (Greenwich) Red Route Traffic Order 1996 Variation Order 1999

The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991[1] and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[2], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:-

Commencement and citation
    1.This Order may be cited as The A20 Trunk Road (Greenwich) Red Route Traffic Order 1996 Variation Order 1999[b], and shall come into force on 25th February 1999.

Variations
    2.The A20 Trunk Road (Greenwich) Red Route Traffic Order 1996[3] is varied by the following provisions of this Order.

    3.In schedule 2A item 1 is substituted as follows:-

    " 1.A20 Sidcup Road west side, area of footway adjacent and parallel to the western kerbline of Sidcup Road between a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 186 and 188 Sidcup Road to a point 26 metres north of the common boundary of Nos. 130 and 132 Sidcup Road and having a width of 2.5 metres throughout."
