The A41 Trunk Road (Westminster) Red Route Traffic Order 1998 Variation Order 1998

	Made	13th August 1998
	Coming into force	7th September 1998

The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991[1] and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[2], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:-

Commencement and citation
    1.This Order may be cited as The A41 Trunk Road (Westminster) Red Route Traffic Order 1998 Variation Order 1998, and shall come into force on 7th September 1998.

Variations
    2.The A41 Trunk Road (Westminster) Red Route Traffic Order 1998[3] is varied as provided by the following provision of this Order.

    3.In article 10 the following words are added:

" and the City of Westminster (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1976 is hereby revoked in so far as its provisions relate to any part of the trunk road red route".

    4.In schedule 3B, a new item 22 is added as follows:

The A41 Wellington Road, north-east side, from a point 4.5 metres south-east of the common boundary of 16 and 18 Wellington Road south-eastwards for a distance of 8 metres.

10am-4pm Monday-Saturday Inclusive"

    5.In schedule 4, item 9 is varied as follows:

" Wellington Road, the north-east side, from its junction with Wellington Place, to its junction with Prince Albert Road"

    6.In schedule 4, item 14 is varied as follows:

" Wellington Road, the south-west side, from the north-western kerb-line of St John's Wood Road to its junction with Wellington Place"

    7.In schedule 4, item 13 is deleted.
