The A4 Trunk Road (Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea) Red Route Experimental Traffic Order 1997 Variation Order 1998

 Coming into force24th August 1998 

The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991[1] and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 9 and 10 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[2], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order: - 

    1.This Order may be cited as The A4 Trunk Road (Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea) Red Route Experimental Traffic Order 1997 Variation Order 1998, and shall come into force on 24th August 1998.

    2.The A4 Trunk Road (Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea) Red Route Experimental Traffic Order 1997[3] is varied as provided by the following provisions of this Order.

    3.In schedule 2B items 1 and 2 are deleted.

    4.In schedule 2B the following items are added:

1.Talgarth Road, the south side area of verge 0.25 metres from and parallel to the southern kerb-line between a point 3 metres west of the eastern wall of 1 Talgarth Road and a point 1.5 metres east of the party wall of 11 and 13 Talgarth Road and having a width of 1.7 metres throughout.At any timeNoneNone
2.Talgarth Road, the south side area of verge 0.25 metres from and parallel to the southern kerb-line between a point 13 metres west of the party wall of 11 and 13 Talgarth Road and a point 1 metre west of party wall of 63 and 65 Talgarth Road and having a width of 1.7 metres throughout.   
3.Talgarth Road, the south side area of verge 0.25 metres from and parallel to the southern kerb-line between a point 0.5 metres west of the party wall of 71 and 73 Talgarth Road and a point opposite the party wall of 101 and 103 Talgarth Road and having a width of 1.7 metres throughout.   
4.Talgarth Road, the south side area of verge 0.25 metres from and parallel to the southern kerb-line between a point 15 metres west of the party wall of 101 and 103 Talgarth Road and a point 2 metres west of the party wall of 57 to 64 and 65 to 72 Talgarth Mansions, Talgarth Road and having a width of 1.7 metres throughout."   


    5.In schedule 3B the following items are added:

4.Talgarth Road, the south side area of verge 0.25 metres from and parallel to the southern kerb-line between a point 1.5 metres east of the party wall of 11 and 13 Talgarth Road and a point 13 metres west of the party wall of 11 and 13 Talgarth Road and having a width of 2.0 metres throughout.At any time
5.Talgarth Road, the south side area of verge 0.25 metres from and parallel to the southern kerb-line between a point 1.5 metres east of party wall of 67 and 69 Talgarth Road and a point 0.5 metres west of the party wall of 71 and 73 Talgarth Road and having a width of 2.0 metres throughout. 
6.Talgarth Road, the south side area of verge 0.25 metres from and parallel to the southern kerb-line between a point opposite the party wall of 101 and 103 Talgarth Road and a point 15 metres west of the party wall of 101 and 103 Talgarth Road and having a width of 2.0 metres throughout."
