The A2 Trunk Road (Bexley) Red Route Traffic Order 1996 Variation Order 1998

 Coming into force31st July 1998 

The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991[1] and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[2], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:

Commencement and citation
    1.This Order may be cited as The A2 Trunk Road (Bexley) Red Route Traffic 1996 Variation Order 1998, and shall come into force on 31st July 1998.

Variations
    2.The A2 Trunk Road (Bexley) Red Route Traffic Order 1996 is varied as provided by the following provisions of this Order.

    3.In Schedule 3B - 

After item 2 insert the following new items - 

        " 2ANorth side, from a point 2.0 metres west of the eastern flank wall of No. 860 East Rochester Way, west for a distance of 17.0 metres.

        2BNorth side, from a point 2.0 metres east of the western flank wall of No. 858 East Rochester Way, east for a distance of 17.0 metres.

        2CNorth side, from a point 2.5 metres west of the common boundary of Nos. 846 and 844 East Rochester Way, west for a distance of 17.0 metres.";

After item 3 insert the following new item - 

        " 3ANorth side, from the common boundary of Nos. 808 and 806 East Rochester Way, west for a distance of 17.0 metres."

After item 4 insert the following new item - 

        " 4ANorth side, from a point 4.0 metres east of the common boundary of Nos. 792 and 790 East Rochester Way, west for a distance of 17.0 metres."

After item 8 insert the following new items - 

        " 8ASouth side, from a point 1.0 metre west of the common boundary of Nos. 767 and 769 East Rochester Way, east for a distance of 12.0 metres.

        8BSouth side, from a point 2.0 metres west of the eastern boundary of No. 799 East Rochester Way, east for a distance of 17.0 metres.

        8CSouth side, from the western flank wall of No. 809 East Rochester Way, east for a distance of 17.0 metres.";

After item 9 insert the following new item - 

        " 9ASouth side, from the eastern flank wall of No. 831 East Rochester Way, east for a distance of 17.0 metres.";
