In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 19(2) of the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998[1], I hereby make the following Order: - 

    1.This Order may be cited as the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 (Commencement) Order 1998.

    2.The provisions of the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 in so far as they are not already in force shall come into force on 2nd March 1998.
