The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of powers conferred on him by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 1977[1] and section 5(1) of, and paragraph 29(1) of Schedule 2 to, the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990[2] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, considering it appropriate in the interests of the health service to make this Order[3], and after completion of the consultation prescribed under paragraph 29(3) of Schedule 2 to the latter Act[4], hereby makes the following Order - Citation and commencement 1.This Order may be cited as the Mid Glamorgan Ambulance National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1998. Dissolution of NHS Trust 2.The Mid Glamorgan Ambulance National Health Service Trust established by the Mid Glamorgan Ambulance National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993[5] is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked. Signed by authority of the Secretary of State for Wales Win Griffiths Parliamentary Under Secretary of State, Welsh Office 26th February 1998 (This note is not part of the Order) This Order provides for the dissolution on 1st April 1998 of the Mid Glamorgan Ambulance National Health Service Trust established on 1st December 1993.
