The Oxleas National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1997

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977[1] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of facilities previously managed by Ravensbourne National Health Service Trust, having consulted that Trust and the Oxleas National Health Service Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation, commencement and interpretation
1. - (1) This Order may be cited as the Oxleas National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 10th November 1997.

(2) In this Order -

"the first trust" means Ravensbourne National Health Service Trust;

"the second trust" means Oxleas National Health Service Trust;

"the trust property" means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the first and second trusts on 18th July 1997 which schedule has been signed on behalf of both trusts.

Transfer of trust property
2.On 10th November 1997 the trust property shall be transferred from the first trust to the second trust.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order transfers to Oxleas National Health Service Trust on 10th November 1997 trust property formerly held by Ravensbourne National Health Service Trust. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, Room 1N33F, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
