ROAD TRAFFIC

The A41 Trunk Road (Camden) Red Route Experimental (No. 2) Traffic Order 1997 Variation (No. 2) Order 1997

The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991[1] and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[2], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:-

Commencement and citation
    1.This Order may be cited as The A41 Trunk Road (Camden) Red Route Experimental (No. 2) Traffic Order 1997 Variation (No. 2) Order 1997, and shall come into force on 10th July 1997.

Variations
    2.The A41 Trunk Road (Camden) Red Route Experimental (No. 2) Traffic Order 1997[3] is varied by the following provisions of this Order.

    3.In schedule 1 item 6 is added as follows:

    " 6Service road at 191-217 Finchley Road, linking Finchley Road with Canfield Gardens."

    4.In Schedule 2B item 32 is deleted.

    5.In Schedule 2D item 1 is added as follows:

    " 1Service road at 191-217 Finchley Road, north-west side from a point 2.8 metres south-east of the north-west extremity of the island between the service road and Finchley Road, south-eastwards for a distance of 27 metres."

    6.In Schedule 3A items 5 and 6 are added as follows:

    " 5Service road at 191-217 Finchley Road, south-east side from a point 8.3 metres south-east of the southern kerb-line of Canfield Gardens, south-eastwards for a distance of 23.5 metres. 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday

    6Finchley Road, east side, from a point 25 metres north of the southern boundary of 1 to 14 Regency Parade, Finchley Road northward for a distance of 23 metres. 10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday"

    7.In Schedule 3B item 15 is deleted.

    8.In Schedule 4 items 46 and 47 are added as follows:

    " 46Service road at 191-217 Finchley Road, south-east side from the southern kerb-line of Canfield Gardens south-eastwards for a distance of 8.3 metres.

    47Service road at 191-217 Finchley Road, south-east side from a point 31.8 metres from the southern kerb-line of Canfield Gardens south-eastwards to the kerbline of Finchley Road."
