The A316 Trunk Road (Hounslow) Red Route (Clearway) Traffic Order 1995 Variation Order 1997

	Made	28th February 1997
	Coming into force	8th March 1997

The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State for Transport under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991[1] and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[2], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order: - 

    1.This Order may be cited as The A316 Trunk Road (Hounslow) Red Route (Clearway) Traffic Order 1995 Variation Order 1997, and shall come into force on 8th March 1997.

    2.The A316 Trunk Road (Hounslow) Red Route (Clearway) Traffic Order 1995[3] is varied as provided by the following provisions of this Order.

    3.In Schedule 2, the words "No items" are deleted from column (2) of the table.

    4.In Schedule 2, in the table, insert the following item: - 

    " 1.Country Way (A316)  -  South-east side, the area of carriageway parallel to the south-eastern kerb-line between a point 7.5 metres south-west of the south-western kerb-line of the southernmost access road to the waterworks on the south-east side of A316 Country Way and a point 68 metres south-west of that point and having a width of 2.4 metres throughout."
