The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977[1] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and other establishments and facilities previously managed by the former Solihull Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the Birmingham Heartlands and Solihull (Teaching) National Health Service Trust[2], having consulted Solihull Health Authority and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order: Citation, commencement and interpretation 1. - (1) This Order may be cited as the Birmingham Heartlands and Solihull (Teaching) National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 25th March 1997. (2) In this Order -
Transfer of trust property (This note is not part of the Order) This Order transfers to the Birmingham Heartlands and Solihull (Teaching) National Health Service Trust on 25th March 1997 trust property formerly held by Solihull Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
