The Judicial Committee (Fees) Order 1996

At the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 19th day of December 1996

Present,

The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council

    Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 24 of the Judicial Committee Act 1833[1] and section 1 of the Judicial Committee Act 1844[2] or otherwise in Her vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
        1.    The Table of fees set out in Part II of Schedule B to the Judicial Committee (General Appellate Jurisdiction) Rules Order 1982[3] is deleted and the Table set out in the Schedule to this Order substituted therefor.
        2.    The Judicial Committee (Fees) Order 1989[4] is revoked.
        3.    This Order may be cited as the Judicial Committee (Fees) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st January 1997.
