The Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors (Admission to the Register and Training) Amendment Rules Approval Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 22(4) of the Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Act 1979[1], I hereby approve the following rules made by the United Kingdom Central Council for Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting and set out in the Schedule hereto. This Order may be cited as the Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors (Admission to the Register and Training) Amendment Rules Approval Order 1996 and shall come into force on the 31st December 1996 immediately after the European Nursing and Midwifery Qualification Designation Order 1996[2].
