TRUSTS OF LAND
The Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (Commencement) Order 1996

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 27(2) of the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996[1], hereby makes the following Order:—
1. This Order may be cited as the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (Commencement) Order 1996.
2. The Trusts of Land and Appointments of Trustees Act 1996 shall come into force on 1st January 1997.
