The Education (Recognised Awards) (Richmond College) (No. 2) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 214(2)(c) and (3) of the Education Reform Act 1988[1] the Secretary of State for Education and Employment hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Recognised Awards) (Richmond College) (No. 2) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 31st October 1996.
Designation of awards
2. Any award granted or to be granted before 31st December 2006 by Richmond College, the American International University in London is hereby designated as a recognised award for the purposes of section 214 of the Education Reform Act 1988.
Revocations
3. The Orders set out in the Schedule to this Order are hereby revoked.
