The Jobseekers Act 1995 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1996
The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 41(2) and (3) of the Jobseekers Act 1995[1] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Jobseekers Act 1995 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1996.
Appointed day
2. The day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of Schedule 2 to the Jobseekers Act 1995 specified in the Schedule to this Order, and section 41(4) of that Act in so far as it relates to those provisions, is 11th June 1996.
