The Insurance Companies (Reserves) Act 1995 (Commencement) Order 1996
The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under section 4(2) of the Insurance Companies (Reserves) Act 1995[1], hereby makes the following Order:—
1. This Order may be cited as the Insurance Companies (Reserves) Act 1995 (Commencement) Order 1996.
2. Sections 1 and 3 of the Insurance Companies (Reserves) Act 1995 shall come into force on 30th April 1996.
