The Richmond Adult and Community College (Government) Regulations 1996

    In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 20(2), 21(1) and (2), 61(1)[1] and 89(4) of, and Schedule 4 to, the Further and Higher Education Act 1992[2] the Secretary of State for Education and Employment hereby makes the following Regulations:
    Citation and Commencement
        1.    These Regulations may be cited as The Richmond Adult and Community College (Government) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 1st April 1996.
    Application
        2.    It is hereby prescribed that the instrument of government and articles of government of the further education corporation to be established under the name of "Richmond Adult and Community College" shall be as set out in Schedules 1 and 2 to these Regulations respectively.
