The Educational Endowments (Strathclyde Region) Transfer Scheme Order 1996

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 17(1), (2), (3), (4), (6) and (8) of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994[1] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order: Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Educational Endowments (Strathclyde Region) Transfer Scheme Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st April 1996. Making of Scheme
2. The Scheme set out in the Schedule to this Order shall have effect.
