The Co-operation of Insolvency Courts (Designation of Relevant Countries) Order 1996

Made8th February 1996
Coming into force1st March 1996

    The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 426(11) of the Insolvency Act 1986[1], hereby makes the following Order:—
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Co-operation of Insolvency Courts (Designation of Relevant Countries) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st March 1996.
        2.    The countries specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby designated relevant countries for the purposes of section 426 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
