The General Medical Council (Registration (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations) Order of Council 1995
At the Council Chamber, Whitehall, the 19th day of October 1995
By the Lords of Her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council
Whereas in pursuance of section 32 of the Medical Act 1983[1] the General Medical Council have made the Medical Practitioners Registration (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 as set out in the Schedule to this Order:
And whereas by subsection (8) of the said section such regulations shall not have effect until approved by Order of the Privy Council:
Now, therefore, Their Lordships, having taken the said regulations into consideration, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said section 32(8), do hereby order as follows:
1. The said regulations are hereby approved.
2. The General Medical Council (Registration (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations) Order of Council 1987[2] and the General Medical Council (Registration (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations) (No.2) Order of Council 1987[3] are hereby revoked.
3. This Order may be cited as the General Medical Council (Registration (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations) Order of Council 1995.
