The A205 Trunk Road (Richmond and Wandsworth) Red Route Experimental Traffic Order 1995 Amendment Order 1995.

Coming into force7th November 1995

    The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State for Transport under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991[1] and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 9 and 10 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[2], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:—
    Commencement and citation
        1.    This Order may be cited as the A205 Trunk Road (Richmond and Wandsworth) Red Route Experimental Traffic Order 1995, and shall come into force on 7th November 1995.
        2.    The A205 Trunk Road (Richmond and Wandsworth) Red Route Experimental Traffic Order 1995 is hereby amended so that—
       (a) in schedule 2B, the words in column (2) in item 9 are omitted, and
       (b) in schedule 4, after item 7, the following item is inserted—
              "7A.    From a point 6 metres north of the northern wall of 70 West Park Avenue northwards for a distance of 24 metres"

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This Note is not part of the Order)
    This order amends the A205 Trunk Road (Richmond and Wandsworth) Red Route Experimental Order 1995 so that—
      — the exemptions for parking and disabled persons' vehicles on the east side of Mortlake Road from a point of 6 metres north of the northern wall of 70 West Park Avenue northwards for a distance of 24 metres are deleted, and

      — that area of road becomes subject to the prohibition of stopping at all times.
