The Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995(Commencement and Transitional Provisions) Order 1995
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995[1], hereby makes the following Order:—
1. This Order may be cited as the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 (Commencement and Transitional Provisions) Order 1995.
2. The Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995, except section 50 and Schedule 5, shall come into force on the 1st January 1996.
3. The Schedule to this Order (transitional provisions) shall have effect.
