The Environmental Protection Act 1990 (Commencement No. 17) Order 1995

Made	10th August 1995

The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under section 164(3) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990^[1], hereby makes the following Order:

Citation
    1.    This Order may be cited as the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (Commencement No. 17) Order 1995.

Provisions coming into force on 11th August 1995
    2.    Section 62 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 shall come into force on 11th August 1995.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order brings into force on 11th August 1995 section 62 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 ("the 1990 Act"), which enables the Secretary of State to make special provision by regulations with respect to certain dangerous or intractable waste.
