The Civil Aviation (Isle of Man) (Revocation) Order 1995

Coming into force22nd June 1995

At the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 17th day of May 1995

Present,

The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council

    Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 9 of the Carriage by Air Act 1961[1], section 5(1) of the Carriage by Air (Supplementary Provisions) Act 1962[2], section 8 of the Tokyo Convention Act 1967[3], section 108 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982[4] and section 39 of the Aviation Security Act 1982[5], is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Isle of Man) (Revocation) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 22nd June 1995.
        2.    The Orders specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby revoked.
