WATER SUPPLY, SCOTLAND
The Strathclyde Regional Council Prevention of Water Pollution (Mill Glen, Busbie Muir, Munnoch, Caaf, Knockendon, Crosbie, Glenburn, Pundeavon, Cuffhill, Kirkleegreen) Byelaws Extension Order 1995

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 72(4) of the Water (Scotland) Act 1980[1] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order: 1. This Order may be cited as the Strathclyde Regional Council Prevention of Water Pollution (Mill Glen, Busbie Muir, Munnoch, Caaf, Knockendon, Crosbie, Glenburn, Pundeavon, Cuffhill, Kirkleegreen) Byelaws Extension Order 1995 and shall come into force on 8th April 1995. 2. The period during which the Strathclyde Regional Council, Prevention of Water Pollution (Mill Glen, Busbie Muir, Munnoch, Caaf, Knockendon, Crosbie, Glenburn, Pundeavon, Cuffhill, Kirkleegreen) Byelaws 1985 are to remain in force is hereby extended to 9th April 1997.
